1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application published by ZX Force Soft (the "Apps"), or by accessing zxforcesoft.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps or Site.
2. License to Use Our Apps
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZX Force Soft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license does not permit you to modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any App or its underlying code.
3. Accounts & Purchases
Some Apps may offer optional sign-in or in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing. All payment processing is handled by Google under its own terms; ZX Force Soft never directly receives or stores your payment card details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials associated with your device.
4. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google Play policies.
- You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any App's systems or backend services.
- You agree not to use automated tools to interact with our Apps or Site in a way that could harm their performance or availability for other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, app names, designs, and source code associated with ZX Force Soft and its Apps are the exclusive property of ZX Force Soft, except where third-party components are used under their own applicable licenses. No rights are granted to you beyond the limited license described in Section 2.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may integrate third-party services such as Google AdMob (advertising), Google Play Billing (purchases), and Firebase (analytics and crash reporting). Your use of these integrated services is also subject to the respective third party's own terms and privacy policies. ZX Force Soft is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps and Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though we work continuously to minimize such issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZX Force Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our Apps or Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any App at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable Google Play policies. You may stop using our Apps and uninstall them at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Apps, legal requirements, or business practices. Continued use of our Apps or Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
